The Hledat Federal Concord, known variously as the HFC, Hledat Federal Concord Administration (HFCA), or simply Hledat is a polity governing a large number of star systems between the Turneast Wendingways and Mal Pacifica. It is governed by a parliament of representatives democratically elected by the citizens of its constituent worlds. The territory and politics of Hledat are descended in large part from the TPG established after the First Ley War.
