The Omnimie Quarter is a region of High Steelforge populated primarily by Shirren and others descended from the Omnimie oversoul, as well as other species with telepathic capabilities. Its borders roughly follow that of 3-Radial 7 District, with the most distinctive areas concentrated in the south-eastern ward.
