Hledat Federal Concord

The Hledat Federal Concord, known variously as the HFC, Hledat Federal Concord Administration (HFCA), or simply Hledat is a polity governing a large number of star systems between the Turneast Wendingways and Mal Pacifica. It is governed by a parliament of representatives democratically elected by the citizens of its constituent worlds, with a central administration wielding relatively significant influence in local affairs. The territory and politics of Hledat are descended in large part from the TPG established after the First Ley War.
